1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

If you wish to return your purchase, you may initiate a return within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving your order.

Important Note: Merchandise purchased in physical retail stores or authorized outlets cannot be returned or exchanged online.

2. RETURN SHIPPING AND REFUND PROCESSING

Once a return is initiated, you must use the pre-paid shipping label provided and drop off the package at any authorized carrier facility (UPS) as soon as possible.

  Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges and return shipping expenses are non-refundable.
  
• 
  Processing Timeline: Refunds will be credited after the returned items are received and inspected at our distribution center. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing upon arrival.
  
• 
  Late Return Surcharges: Items tendered to the shipping carrier more than 30 days after the return label has been generated will incur a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  

3. EXCEPTIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

To qualify for a refund, returned items must comply with the following mandatory conditions:

• 
  Apparel: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.
  
• 
  Non-Apparel Collectibles: Items must be completely unused and remain in their original factory-sealed packaging.
  
• 
  Final Sale & Exclusives: Merchandise marked or advertised as "Final Sale" or designated "Exclusives" are ineligible for return.
  
• 
  Bulk Purchases: Orders defined as Bulk Purchases (purchases containing 6 or more pieces of the same item) are strictly non-returnable.
