1. ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

We strive to dispatch your items as quickly as possible. Once an order is submitted, it is immediately transmitted to our Fulfillment Center for operational processing. Consequently, we are unable to add or remove items, alter payment methods, update shipping or billing addresses, or cancel an order once it has been placed.

Please thoroughly review all transaction details prior to confirming your order to ensure product selection, specifications, quantities, payment credentials, and addresses are correct.

2. PRE-ORDERS

Items designated as Pre-Order are deemed Final Sale. Accordingly, pre-order purchases cannot be canceled, modified, or returned under any circumstances, subject only to statutory consumer rights or manufacturing defect provisions.

3. QUANTITY LIMITATIONS AND AUTOMATED PURCHASES

To ensure equitable access for our collectors and enthusiasts to exclusive or general release products, Bonobo Toys Co. reserves the right to impose quantity limits and restrict purchases conducted via bots, automated scripts, or unauthorized tools.

  Operational Restrictions: Product quantities may be limited per order, per individual, per household, or across multiple orders sharing the same payment method, billing/shipping address, or other matching account attributes.

  Order Cancellation: Orders found to exceed established product limits or suspected of being executed through automated software are subject to immediate unilateral cancellation following submission.

  Refund Processing for Canceled Orders: If an order is canceled by the Company under these terms, any pending authorization hold on your financial instrument will typically reverse within 3 to 7 business days, depending on the policies of your issuing financial institution.

  Enforcement and Account Sanctions: Engaging in address manipulation, utilizing multiple email identities, placing repetitive or excessive orders for the same product, or attempting to bypass purchasing thresholds by any means may result in the immediate cancellation of all associated orders and/or permanent restriction from future transactions on our platforms.
  

4. BULK PURCHASES

Bonobo Toys Co. reserves the right to restrict, limit, cancel, or modify the purchasing and return terms applicable to Bulk Purchases.

  Definition: A "Bulk Purchase" is defined as any transaction made for unauthorized commercial resale purposes and/or any order exceeding six (6) units of the same item.
  
• 
  Exclusions: Promotional codes, discounts, and site-wide offers shall not apply to Bulk Purchases.
  
• 
  Freight Surcharges: Additional shipping and handling surcharges may be assessed on orders qualifying as Bulk Purchases.
