Cancellation Policy
ORDER SHIPPING
We want to ensure your items are delivered as quickly as possible. Once you place your order, it is immediately sent to our Fulfillment Center for processing.
For this reason, it is not possible to add or remove items, change the payment method, update shipping or billing addresses, or cancel an order once it has been sent.
Please review your purchase carefully before submitting your order to ensure that the products, sizes, quantities, payment method, and addresses are correct.
PRE-ORDERS
Items marked as pre-order are final sales and cannot be canceled.
QUANTITY LIMITS AND AUTOMATED PURCHASES
To give fans and collectors the best chance to purchase exclusive or regular items, we reserve the right to set purchase limits and restrict orders made using bots or other automated methods.
Products may have limits per order, per person, per address, or may apply to orders that use the same credit card, billing or shipping address, or share any other order attribute.
Orders exceeding the set limits, or suspected of being placed through automated methods, may be canceled after being submitted.
In the event of cancellation, a pending charge may appear on your account; it will be reversed within 3 to 7 business days, though the timing may vary depending on your financial institution.
Individuals using multiple email addresses, manipulating shipping addresses, placing multiple or excessive orders of the same product, attempting to bypass purchase limits, or automating purchases in any way may have all their orders canceled and/or be blocked from future purchases.
WHOLESALE PURCHASES
Bonobo Toys reserves the right to restrict, limit, cancel, or modify orders, as well as the terms of purchase and return applicable to Wholesale Purchases.
“Wholesale Purchases” are defined as purchases made for resale purposes and/or purchases of more than six (6) units of the same item.
Promotions or promotional codes may not apply to Wholesale Purchases, and shipping surcharges may apply to these orders.
