Replacement Policy
We hope your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if there is any issue with the items you received, please contact us as soon as possible, within 30 days of receipt. We do not offer exchanges.
For damaged or incorrect items, please include a clear photo in your contact email.
Please note the following limitations:
We cannot control slight manufacturing variations and cannot replace items due to these differences, including, but not limited to, minor product imperfections, figure positioning, or label placement.
Our packaging is designed to protect the collectibles inside. Small imperfections or marks on the packaging may occur during manufacturing or shipping and are not considered product damage.
REJECTED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Packages returned due to buyer error or delivery refusal are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price. Customers should contact the carrier to arrange an alternative delivery. Bonobo Toys is not responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with changes or upgrades.
REPLACEMENTS FOR OUT-OF-STOCK OR UNAVAILABLE ITEMS
We cannot guarantee replacements for out-of-stock or unavailable items; a refund may be issued instead. All replacements and refunds are at Bonobo Toy’s discretion.
