Returns Policy
If you wish to make a return, we’re here to help.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return your purchase.
Please note that items purchased in physical stores cannot be returned or exchanged online.
Once you start the return process, use the prepaid shipping label provided and drop off your package at any UPS store as soon as possible.
Original shipping and return costs are non-refundable.
Your refund will be issued once your return is received and processed, which may take 1–2 weeks.
If items are shipped more than 30 days after the return label is issued, a 20% restocking fee will apply and be deducted from your refund.
EXCEPTIONS
- Items marked and sold as “Final Sale” or certain “Exclusive” products are not eligible for return.
- Wholesale purchases, defined as orders of 6 or more units of the same item, are not eligible for return.
- International orders are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
- Log in to your account.
- Go to your Order History.
- Select the order you wish to return.
- Click “Start a Return” to begin the process.
